Spanish National Research Council
CSIC, as the largest research institution in Spain, stands out for its ability to transform scientific knowledge into concrete solutions. Its interdisciplinary approach encompasses fields as varied as biotechnology, energy, health, and social sciences.
By collaborating closely with the Ministry of Science and Innovation, CSIC promotes projects that connect science with global needs, being a key player in the European Research Area and other continents.
CSIC adds value to the SDGs in other continents
On this occasion, CSIC developed an ambitious scientific collaboration project focused on the extension of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in regions of Latin America and Africa.
This effort seeks to adapt the SDGs to the local realities of each country, working closely with research centers and universities in each nation to address issues such as poverty, climate change, quality education and gender equality.
The step forward for Ingenyus* was the creation of infographics that clearly and attractively show each of the objectives being developed in the country, along with the institutions that collaborated in the project. The image helps to understand the impact of these efforts at a global level.
