The I Viratec Forum, driven by the Galician Cluster of Environmental Solutions and Circular Economy together with the Xunta de Galicia, positioned itself as a meeting space that brought together companies, experts, and entities with the purpose of promoting innovation in sustainability and circular economy in Galicia. One of its main objectives was to foster technological solutions to address various environmental challenges, based on new ideas and green technologies, thus highlighting Galicia’s commitment to a more responsible growth model.
During the event, the Viratec Awards were presented, recognizing the best environmental innovation initiatives developed between 2023 and 2024. These awards highlighted pioneering solutions in the circular economy, boosting the development of new products, services, and processes that enhance sustainability.
The Viratec Forum is established as a benchmark for collaboration between the administration, companies, and universities, promoting Galicia’s commitment to more sustainable development and concrete actions to mitigate climate change in the region.

For the Viratec Forum, we have developed a renewed visual identity that reflects its mission as a platform for sustainable innovation in Galicia. This redesign includes the creation of a new logo and a brand manual that captures Viratec’s commitment to sustainability and the circular economy. The new visual image combines modern and organic elements, representing technological advancement and its positive impact on the environment.
The design is intended to unify the image of the Viratec Forum with that of the Galician Cluster of Environmental Solutions and Circular Economy (Viratec), reinforcing its identity as a reference space for green innovation, where companies and entities collaborate towards a more sustainable future. This cohesion in corporate identity strengthens the association of both brands within the same group, highlighting Viratec’s leadership in environmental solutions and its commitment to the ecological transition in Galicia.

After consolidating the brand identity of the Viratec Forum, we undertook the design and development of its website with the aim of reflecting the organization’s values. The website was created to clearly and effectively communicate the Forum’s development, placing Viratec’s commitment at its core. A user-friendly and accessible digital environment was developed to encourage direct interaction with collaborators and attendees, reinforcing the brand image and digital presence.
The result is a visually appealing website with a minimalist and easy-to-navigate design that perfectly reflects the identity of the Viratec Forum. User-focused, the website adapts to all types of visitors, offering a friendly and seamless experience. Additionally, we placed special emphasis on improving its search engine visibility, achieving strong organic positioning on Google and ensuring the site effectively reaches a broad audience.
The website is fully responsive, ensuring easy and consistent navigation from any device. This way, users can enjoy an intuitive and pleasant experience at all times, whether accessing from a computer, phone, or tablet.

After consolidating the corporate image, we tackled the development of all its graphic applications. Our work encompassed everything from the event’s visual communication to the production of materials such as foam boards, certificates, digital signage, and roll-ups, as well as their integration into audiovisual communication, including screens and other media.
Thanks to a solid and well-defined visual identity, we ensured the event stood out by creating a memorable visual experience that strengthened the connection with attendees and positioned the VIRATEC Forum as a recognizable benchmark for future editions.

We also developed a communication strategy for the VIRATEC Forum, aligned with the values of sustainability and innovation that define the event. The communication plan covered everything from the conceptualization of the forum’s identity to dissemination across various channels, ensuring effective and consistent communication at every stage.
Additionally, we prepared the necessary corporate documentation to communicate announcements, notifications, or relevant information both within the organization and to the public.
We implemented key actions, including digital content management and the design of audiovisual pieces, ensuring that the message reached the audience clearly and attractively. Our strategic approach positioned the VIRATEC Forum as a benchmark event, maximizing its reach and creating a lasting connection with its audience.
