RIES24 is the 9th edition of the RIES Forum, a meeting point for opinion leaders, professionals from the public and private healthcare sectors with a common goal: the healthcare revolution, charting a future towards a more innovative and sustainable path.
True to its annual character, the RIES Forum continues to consolidate its position as a key platform for tackling the challenges facing the healthcare sector. In this edition, held on November 13 and 14, 2024 at the Balneario de Guitiriz, it focused on fundamental pillars such as personalized medicine, biomedicine, hybrid care and circularity in health.
The event combined presentations, round tables and networking spaces, encouraging dialogue and collaboration between leaders in the sector, consolidating its role as a reference in the transformation towards a more innovative and sustainable healthcare system.

At RIES we have adapted the Forum logo design to the current edition, updating claim, date and structuring the conformation of the different elements. The logo captures the essence of the identity with a modern look that symbolizes innovation and progress in the sector.
In addition, we selected a color palette that expresses the Forum’s identity, symbolizing trust, professionalism, health and sustainability. The graphic identity thus reflects a balance between collaborative innovation to transform the healthcare sector.

After validating the brand image and color palette, we proceeded to the design and development of its website. The objective was to effectively communicate the new edition of the forum, highlighting aspects such as the commitment to sustainable and healthy development.
The result is an attractive and professional website, designed with a clean and modern aesthetic that faithfully reflects the essence of Forum RIES. Designed for intuitive navigation, it offers a fluid and accessible experience for all types of users. In addition, SEO optimization has been prioritized, ensuring excellent organic positioning in Google, allowing Forum RIES to effectively reach a global audience committed to innovation and sustainability in health.
The website is fully responsive, ensuring easy and consistent navigation from any device. This way, users can enjoy an intuitive and pleasant experience at all times, regardless of whether they are accessing from a computer, phone or tablet.

After the image consolidation of RIES, the web design and development process, we carried out a comprehensive graphic design project. This project addressed both the digital media and the visual elements of the event, creating in parallel a cohesive identity in its digital and physical versions. This integration has resulted in a solid visual concept, facilitating effective communication with the target audience.
We were in charge of creating all the physical supports for the event, such as photocalls, roll-ups, posters and other elements, maintaining the visual identity of RIES24. This approach allowed us to generate a unified and visually attractive space that enriched the experience of the attendees.
On the other hand, we developed all the digital elements present at the event, such as presentation boards, the design of the digital lectern, graphics for projections and dynamic visual content, among others. This integration of elements allowed us to merge the physical with the digital, generating a cohesive environment perfectly aligned with the aesthetics of RIES.

We designed and executed the entire digital communication strategy for RIES24, managing the LinkedIn, Instagram and X platforms, in addition to implementing a mailing strategy aligned with the launch and structure of the event.
The communication was structured in three main phases:
- Launch: creation of informative content to generate expectation and attract the audience, arousing interest and excitement around the event.
- Intermediate phase: Development of detailed content about the program, highlighting the presentations and introducing the guest speakers.
- Final phase: Event reminders and, later, post-event content such as acknowledgements and closing.
To execute this strategy, we took care of both the creation of visual content (images, posters, graphics) and copywriting, ensuring a clear and attractive message.
This structured planning allowed us to reinforce the digital presence of the event, effectively communicating the key points to the target audience and maximizing its impact in the digital environment.
